We worked with Kelvin and Callista from Carpentry Labs for our renovations. They were really pleasant and easy to work with, and overall most of the works were done well.
Speed-wise generally the work was done quick; there were usually no delays or nasty surprises. Kelvin and Callista made sure to coordinate with the workers and ensure things were smooth. They also picked up certain safety concerns with our existing installations that we were not aware of, which we really appreciate.
As for hiccups, there were some minor ones. Our TV console (or the wall it was attached to) was slightly slanted.
Our window blinds were not installed with the right length, and some lights installed were faulty.
Finally, post-renovations followup were a little lacking. We had difficulties getting the leftover tools to be removed, for instance.
These are small but albeit legitimate road bumps that we faced. Most of the actual hacking, installations and work was great, and if the after work customer services are done better, it would go from good to a fantastic experience overall.
